• Unpack the plant carefully and allow it time to recover from transportation stress.
• Minor leaf drop, slight drooping, or small soil movement may occur during transit.

• Use a suitable, well-draining potting medium and avoid prolonged waterlogging.

• Check the soil moisture before watering and water according to the plant's requirement.
• Avoid excessive watering, particularly where drainage is poor.

• Allow the plant to settle after delivery before applying fertilizer.
• Use an appropriate fertilizer in a suitable quantity according to the plant type and growing season.

• Re-pot only when necessary, preferably after the plant has recovered from transportation.
• Choose a suitable pot with proper drainage holes.

• Remove dead or badly damaged plant parts and inspect the plant regularly for pests or disease.
• Use an appropriate plant-safe treatment when required.
