If a plant or product arrives seriously damaged, incorrect, missing, or otherwise eligible for a claim, the customer should contact NewnessPlant within the timeframe and provide the evidence required under our applicable Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy.
Photographs, unpacking videos, shipping labels, packaging photographs, or other supporting information may be requested to verify a claim.
Claims made outside the applicable claim period may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Customers are responsible for providing:

Correct PIN code
Active mobile number
Any additional delivery information required by the courier
NewnessPlant will not be responsible for delivery failure caused by incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by the customer.
If delivery fails because the customer is unavailable, refuses the shipment, provides an incorrect address, or repeatedly fails to respond to the courier, the shipment may be returned to us as RTO (Return to Origin).
NewnessPlant may restrict future COD orders or take other reasonable measures in cases of repeated refused deliveries, fraudulent orders, or excessive RTO activity.
